Congregation Anshai Torah is a mid-sized growing conservative congregation seeking an Executive Director. The position manages all day-to-day operations of the synagogue, including administrative, office, building maintenance, and kitchen personnel; is the key point of contact for members and prospective members, manages the finances of the synagogue and its cemetery, and collaborates with the clergy, professional staff, and lay leaders to develop and execute and evaluate policies in support of the synagogue’s mission and strategic plan.

Ideal candidate will have a minimum of seven plus years relevant experience in organizational management (business or non-profit) that includes strong interpersonal skills, managing staff, volunteers, programs and events, facility management, financial management and development. Experience with QuickBooks and a data base system is preferred.
